For customers who need to process their email traffic within a certain jurisdiction, MailChannels now offers a sovereign cloud option. MailChannels guarantees that email messages submitted to a particular sovereign cloud will only be processed within infrastructure contained in that jurisdiction and will not be transferred elsewhere except on a case by case basis as requested by the customer to obtain support.
How it Works
- Talk to your MailChannels account manager to enable sovereign cloud access.
- Configure your email server to send email to a specific sovereign cloud endpoint.
Available Sovereign Clouds
MailChannels currently offers sovereign clouds in the United States and Switzerland. Access to the United States cloud is provided by default. For information on sending to the Swiss cloud, please contact your MailChannels account manager, or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
