Updating your credit card information with MailChannels can be accomplished quick and easily through your admin console.
- Login to your admin console: MailChannels Cloud Console
- Navigate to the Settings, Billing area.
- Scroll down to the Payment Information area and click on the "update" text link on the right side of the title panel to open the dialog box where you can modify your personal and payment information we have on file for your account.
- When finished updating, click the "Save Changes" button on the bottom right of the dialog box to commit your updates.
Disruption of service is unpleasant and unwanted. MailChannels will make every effort to contact you should your chosen method of payment be rejected or declined. We appreciate your business and will work with you to sort out billing issues before disabling an account.
