Email Rejection 550 5.7.1 [CS] Message blocked

We are currently using Site5 as our hosting provider and getting a bounceback from MailChannels 550 5.7.1 [CS] Message blocked on about 7 of our business emails.  I have reached out to Site5 every day for 12 days now and they keep telling me they are unable to solve the issue.  I have also tried clicking the link on every email that bounces back to get ourselves removed from the spam list and it is not working.  Is anyone else having this issue with Site5 and if so were you able to get it fixed and how?  Otherwise does someone have any suggestions for what I need to do to get this resolved?

Sorry you have been having trouble. The best way to get this resolved is to contact support@mailchannels.com. Our team will work on your delivery problem until it is resolved, including escalating it as necessary to more senior engineers for resolution.
