Unable to retrieve account usage information at this time.

I have this message in a red bar on top of my dashboard ("Unable to retrieve account usage information at this time.") and my outgoing settings have disappeared. I also can't send mail from my Zimbra server through the relay anymore.

Mailchannel support is completely ignoring my support emails and the service is recently paid for and the account active.

Has anyone in this board had a problem like this?
